  • In this project I did a review on how I grew my LinkedIn profile form 0 - 600 followers in a month. I downloaded LinkedIn in September 2023 with no idea how to use it, I planned a strategy, differtent ideas, learnt more about my audience and then I excuted my plan.     My Human Resource (HR) Managemnet dashboard is designed to assist HR proffesionals in visualizing and analysing key workforce-related data. It provides insights into various HR metrics and helps steamline decison-making. Here are some key areas it helps with:

    Sales Analytics Dashboard [Personal Project]

    This Sales Management dashboard assists in monitoring, analysing and optimizing various aspects of the sales process. It provides valuable insights for effective decision maing and performance improvement. In this project I made sure that the dashboard will help the user with the key areas:

    Generally the 2020 sales were the overall highest sales which were 57.53% higher than 2021. Even though the 2021 sales target was not reached, more efforts should be put in order to make a positive impact. With some adjustments such as increase in distribution and advertisements we can aim for better performance in 2022.


    Mike's Pizza Inventory Dashboard [Client Project]

    Personal Finance Dashboard [Client Project]

    Main Objective

    This was my first ever client Power Bi project. This Sales Management dashboard assists in monitoring, analysing and optimizing various aspects of the sales process. It provides valuable insights for effective decision maing and performance improvemnet. Here are some key areas it helps with:

  • Income Analysis
  • Budget management
  • Debt Management
  • Saving Goals
  • Financial Health Metrics
  • Exploratory Analysis

    The analysis was conducted based on key questions such as:

  • What are the clients specific financial gaols and objectives?
  • What type of financial data did the client want to include in the dashboard such as income, expenses or debt?
  • Are there multiple sources of financial data?
  • Did the client have short-term and long-term financial priorities and how can the dashboard help to prioritize and plan accordingly?
  • What actions or adjustments did the client expect to take based on the insights provided by the dashboard?
  • Recommendations

    January accounted for 26.07% of the Total income Income target and Total income deviated most in the month of July by 27,904 and lowest in the month of January. This is due to low expense in the month of January (21,549) with the highest income and expense deviation. Therefore more effort should be put in the months of July, October, December, September and May in order to decrease the total income and income target deviation.

    This can be done by increase in efforts on the side incomes (Google & E-commerce) either by hiring experts/assistants or by increase in personal efforts. But also it can be achieved by increase in marketing of the shop to increase sales. Which will in-turn increase the available balance which can be used for emergencies or opening a business to increase income streams.
